Physical dimesnsion

strong characterstics- To maintain overall physical health by eating well, engaged in balanced exercise program.

aspect to improve- having appropriate medical checkups

Emotional dimension

strong characteristics- Deal constructively with your feelings , to have a positive self concept

Aspect To improve- to develop positive qualities such as opimism, trust and determination.

Social dimension

Strong Characteristic – Developing and building close friendships, inetrdependence with ohers,

Aspect to improve- communicating well

Intellectual Dimension – To actively persue a wide understanding about topics and issues, think critically about important questions

Aspect to improve -Identify problems and develop solutions based on sound judgements

Spiritual Dimension

strong characteristic- Bring meaning fulness in life,to develop a se of beliefs, principles or values

Aspect of improvement- to develop faith in something beyond yourself

After this self assessment now i can judge my self on five dimension separately and i can get idea how much i am stable at my health based on theses five dimensions

First thing which i would like to do is to develop faith like in religious activities and doing something which gives me satisfaction and that will also make me spritually sound . Second thing which i would like to do is that idenify problems in a analytical or critical way so that i can come up with the correct soluion of the problem.
