Answer:

The demographic trends in Us have been dynamic , there is low birth rates and relatively lower population growth. Since 2000 there has been baby boom period with many entering child bearing age the ones born in baby boom (1985-99) are more fertile than the current generation. This means country has had a history of unusual age structure most of them on an average are low because fertility is low so by 2025 19% will be in the agr group 65 and older i.e one quarter for population. Higher health needs because aged population is higher . Due to immigration the ethnic compostion has changed where census bureau predicts to have 62% of non hispanics whites , 13% of african americans,18% hispanics by 2025 . Large immigration has increased scope for more ethinicity , cultural origin. Therefore more emphasis on health needs based on size and rate of growth , better transportation ,infrastructure facilities, socio economic policies to provide equal social status. Secure and safety rules for refugees to have a better life in the migrated cities , treatment from diseases, protection from discrimination and promote well being.
