answer:

Servant leadership refers to a philosophy and set of practices that enhances the lives of people and helps in building better organization. The primary goal of servant leader is the growth and well – being of people as well as the communities to which they belong.

During my volunteer period, I came to learn that servant leadership is a great way of developing skills and improve learning on about how individual respond to various circumstances. As part of professional networking, I was able to socialize with my students and got to upgrade myself on how the learning experience is to them. It was a real and lasting impact on them since I was guiding them all where they needed to go. Now I could read their facial expressions when they were answering questions, and it was an effective and perfect way of handling their problems both economically and socially. I would act as inspiration to them by playing with different ideas, think deeply about the subject matter, deal with more challenging assignments, and also would urged them to pursue which competitive carriers to be chosen in future. I realized that leadership is not just being in control however the ability to choose the appropriate decisions for the subjects by being selfless and inspiring.
