What techniques could you as a manager implement to assist employees through the process of change?

 

Answer:

Task of a manager is to continously motivate employees for better work performances and to take up newer challenges .Use of better skill programmes , employee team building techniques,use of surveys to learn their views and bring changes according to their comfort. More strategic planning, developing business goals,communicating changes effectively, use of timeline and avoid pressure build up on the employees. Constant reviews and feedbacks should be taken to monitor their performance and continue motivation.
